  • After unlocking, you cant use the old backup that was on this device! Will be needed to restore the device to the factory settings, and set it up like new!
  • We do not support devices Sold by "APPLE" and "APPLE STORE"!
  • This service does not support Replaced or Replacement devices or MDM locked devices!
  • If you place a device which we do not support, we will cut 4$ from Refund.
  • To check Country / Cases and who Sold your device, you need to use this service iPhone Sold by check service.
  • iCloud service support only Clean device (Find my iphone: ON, iCloud: Clean). Through this link you can check iCloud status.
  • This service does not support devices with cases "Consumer Activation Lock"! We will take a $4 fee if you place it!
  • If the order is in process, then it cant be canceled.
  • iCloud service does not support *LOST MODE devices. If you make an order for a device that is on Lost mode or in case if you place an order with Clean status, but after some time it changed to Lost mode, then we will cut 4$ from your refund.
  • There is no refund for already unlocked devices, or if during the process you remember your apple id details.
  • iCloud service has a rate for unlocking 75%, it means that not all devices can be unlocked, if your device is not unlocked - REFUND.
  • If you have a medical file, please communicate it. It increases the chances of unlocking with the first and last name.
