How do I check the HONOR warranty by IMEI or serial number?
Enter the 15-digit IMEI or the 16-character serial number on this page. The report shows whether the warranty is active, its start and end dates and how many days are left. The serial number is in Settings › About phone, in the My HONOR app and on the box label.
Can I check an HONOR phone with the Huawei check?
Not a new one. HONOR has its own warranty database since it separated from Huawei, so recent HONOR devices are not found by the Huawei check. Older HONOR models released under Huawei can still be checked with our Huawei IMEI check.
Why is the HONOR warranty valid in many countries?
HONOR sells devices with regional warranty packages, for example one for most of Europe. The device is repaired for free in any listed country; outside them the repair may be paid or refused.
What does “No device information found” mean?
The number was mistyped, the device is very new and not registered yet (try again in a few days), or it is not an official HONOR product. Check the IMEI with *#06# and try again.
Is the HONOR IMEI check free?
Yes. The check is free and needs no registration. Guests get several free checks per day; registered accounts can raise the limit and turn off ads.
Is it safe to share my IMEI?
An IMEI identifies the device, not you. It cannot be used to unlock the phone or access your data. Do not share passwords or your account login with anyone.
