iCloud service support only Clean device (Find my iphone: ON, iCloud: Clean). Through this link you can check iCloud status.
iCloud service does not support *LOST MODE devices. If you make an order for a device that is on Lost mode or in case if you place an order with Clean status, but after some time it changed to Lost mode, then we will cut 5$ from your refund.
