- iCloud service support only Clean device (Find my iphone: ON, iCloud: Clean). Through this link you can check iCloud status.
- iCloud service does not support *LOST MODE devices. If you make an order for a device that is on Lost mode or in case if you place an order with Clean status, but after some time it changed to Lost mode, then we will cut 5$ from your refund.
- There is no refund for already unlocked devices, or if during the process you remember your apple id details.
- If the order is in process, then it cant be canceled.
- If you place a device which we do not support, we will cut 5$ from Refund.
- iCloud service has a rate for unlocking 85%, it means that not all devices can be unlocked, if your device is not unlocked - REFUND.

IMEI usa todas las marcas de teléfonos que admiten señales GSM. El IMEI se utiliza para indicar su dispositivo en las redes de los operadores. Si pierde su dispositivo o alguien lo robó, por imei puede informar a la policía y a su red para que puedan agregar su imei a una base de lista negra. También a través de IMEI puede comprobar la garantía de Apple en nuestro sitio web, o comprobar el estado de iCloud y Verificación del número de imei del iPhone .
Si paga solo hace 5-10 minutos, entonces sí, puede enviarnos una solicitud de cancelación, PERO si solicitó alguno de nuestros servicios de verificación (como el Carrier and SIMLock Check, Buscar mi Mac CHECK, Vendido por Cheque y otros ) entonces no hay cancelación, porque se trata de servicios INSTANTÁNEOS.
Si en los detalles del servicio no se escribió que es posible volver a bloquearlo, volveremos a desbloquear su dispositivo, o si este servicio no está disponible, haremos un reembolso.
El número de serie o IMEI siempre está escrito en la caja del teléfono o puede encontrarlo en configuración->general->acerca de. Una forma más fácil de encontrar el imei es marcar * #06#.
