How do I check a Samsung warranty by IMEI?

Can I check a Samsung phone by serial number?

Yes. The serial number (for example R58M…) is in Settings › About phone and on the box label. Tablets without a SIM slot are checked by serial number only.

What is KNOX Guard?

KNOX Guard is a lock used by carriers and finance companies. A phone with an active KNOX Guard can be locked remotely if payments stop. It is not part of the free check: order the KNOX Guard report from the result before you buy a used Galaxy.

How do I know if my Samsung is original?

A genuine Galaxy returns its model number, color and serial number exactly as shown in Settings › About phone. No result or a different model is a reason to look closer.

Is the Samsung IMEI check free?
